Warning! What’s Next If Abortion Is Not Banned?

More Barbaric Practices…

It can lead to the killing of preschool age children, disabled children and the elderly…

Ridiculous? Impossible?… Ridiculous, Yes! Impossible, Unfortunately not! It’s the slippery slope we are currently standing on. Statistics are showing that abortion rates have declined in recent years. Yet, since the passing of Roe vs. Wade we have stepped even farther away from a regard for life with late-term abortions, partial birth abortions and infanticide.

Who would have ever believed we’d descend to this level of atrocities?

The most recent passing of legislature in New York and Virgina regarding abortions confirms that we have. This bill gives specific permission for licensed healthcare practitioners “nondoctors” to perform abortions. These abortions can be performed up to the moment of birth! Furthermore, this bill repeals protections for babies that have somehow survived the horrific procedure and are born alive. Making it legal for those performing an abortion to deny medical care to the infant and leave the baby to die, – which make take hours or days! Sadly, the passing of this legislation was celebrated with cheers and cries of victory by its proponents.

When these laws were being discussed, my niece recalls saying, “That’s impossible. They’ll never pass!” And then when they did she asked in horror, “What’s next? Our toddlers?“

She had no idea, God was speaking to us as that time to reshoot, The Letter – What’s Next?, a short film we produced 10 years ago, depicting the truth of abortion and where it can lead. The Letter was originally written 20 years ago by Rocky McKinley, (Pastor of Destiny Community Church in Newberry, FL) and performed as a drama. I’d say it’s prophetic, given where we are in this country with infanticide. We felt an urgency to release it to the public to get the message out there and it’s available now to watch on Youtube, Facebook and Twitter.

Our Father,God considers all life valuable. And I believe abortion is not only on the heart of God – it grieves the heart of God! Perhaps one of the reasons is the spirit behind abortion comes from the child-sacrificing worship of the ancient demon-gods, Moloch and Baal (but that’s another blog).

And, I believe God is speaking to and through his prophets at this time. In fact, while we were filming I began to see similar messages coming through my social media feed and in magazines like Charisma. I felt encouraged by the confirmation and shaken by the severity of the warnings!

This Is Satan’s Next Step for America

John Burton, (author, prophetic voice and minister from Branson, Missouri) issued just such a warning in a February issue of Charisma News.

“Slaughtering anything that threatens what people value is next on Satan’s plan for America.
I’ve been saying for years that we are moving closer and closer to a reality in our nation that includes killing children well after they have been born. The only requirement for that medically sanctioned prescription to kill our children is proof of hardship, threat or inconvenience. If our way of living is negatively affected by our children, the option to eliminate them may be afforded us if something doesn’t change, and fast.”

What’s Next? The Killing of the Elderly

In February, Oregon State Legislature just signed off on a bill that allows starving mentally ill patients to death. Oregon became the first state in the nation to legalize the practice of assisted suicide, and at that time pro-life advocates feared it would lead to euthanasia. It seems that is exactly where it is leading. I shudder to think What’s Next.

Ninevah Warning”: An Urgent Prophetic Dream About The Fight For Life.

Recently included in Charisma’s Prophetic Insight was the above insight based upon a prophetic warning dream given to Jeremiah Johnson (author, teacher, prophet from Lakeland, FL).

“I heard God say, ‘You have been warned, America. What will you do with the judgment of Nineveh upon your nation? Will you fight for life and see mercy fall upon you, or will you remain silent and watch as great destruction and economic collapse fall upon your land?'”

Unplanned is doing exceptionally well at the box office and does a marvelous job exposing the horrendous acts of the abortion industry, while also offering grace for those who have had abortions. Several states in our nation have issued bans against abortion, in spite of the opposition from Hollywood and Pro Choice.

We currently have momentum in this arena and God has called us to be victorious, but we cannot pull back now. We must not grow silent, weary or crawl back into our caves of apathy or complacency. There has always been immense warfare regarding this issue but it has intensified. The enemies of God will not give up without a fight. There is more at stake than many realize and warnings are being issued from within the body of Christ.

We cannot claim ignorance. Here’s what the Bible says:

Rescue those who are unjustly sentenced to die;
save them as they stagger to their death.
Don’t excuse yourself by saying, “Look, we didn’t know.”
For God understands all hearts, and he sees you.
He who guards your soul knows you knew.
Proverbs 24:11-12

HOW TO GET IN THE FIGHT FOR LIFE…

Pray! Pray for those in our government to have a change of heart regarding this issue. Pray for those having the abortion and those performing it! One of the most powerful statements of Unplanned was how the prayers of those gathered outside the clinics affected change.
Speak up! Let your voice be heard! Sound the alarm!
Love! Extend love and mercy – not judgment toward those who have had abortions. I’ve ministered to a lot of women who have taken this route and years later they are still carrying heavy wounds
Donate! Give financial support to ministries like ifightelife.com and others that are trying to make a difference. Support your local pregnancy crisis centers that are offering help and alternatives to abortion. Donate your time to serve with these ministries or organizations.
